Christopher C. Colson

Mr. Colson was appointed Corporate Secretary in August 2019 and General Counsel in March 2021. He joined Texas Roadhouse in 2005 serving as Senior Counsel and then Associate General Counsel. Mr. Colson became the first full-time member and served as the Executive Director of the Global Development Group from 2009 to 2019. Prior to joining us, Chris worked for Yum! Brands, Inc. from 2000 to 2003 and then worked at Frost Brown Todd LLC serving as outside counsel to us on their initial public offering in 2004. Chris graduated with an Accounting Degree from Bellarmine University in 1999 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2003. He has almost 20 years of restaurant industry experience.
