Katie McCullum has extensive experience in licensing, compliance, and legal support, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Licensing & Liquor Compliance at Texas Roadhouse since June 2008, Katie has also held roles as Associate Manager and Senior Paralegal within the same department, focusing on business and liquor licensing. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Stites & Harbison as a Paralegal and Mortgage Loan Processor, handling significant real estate transactions. Earlier roles encompass management and operational responsibilities at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and Ro-Tech, Inc., where strategic marketing and personnel management were key functions. Katie is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine University.
