Monica Griesshaber Jones

Monica Griesshaber Jones has over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design field, currently serving as the Director of Design at Texas Roadhouse since December 2009, where previous roles included Senior Design Manager and Manager of Architecture. Prior experience includes a decade at Design+ as an Architect and Intern Architect. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky, earned from 1998 to 2004.
