Rebecca A. Weis

Rebecca A. Weis, Esq., SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rebecca A. currently serves as the Director & Senior Counsel - Brand Protection at Texas Roadhouse since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Counsel - Brand Protection at the same company from March 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Texas Roadhouse, Rebecca worked at Stites & Harbison PLLC from September 2009 to February 2022. In this position, they were a member, employment law attorney, and business litigator, specializing in complex employment law issues and business disputes. Rebecca A. managed a multi-state practice and regularly defended management-side clients against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Additionally, Rebecca has also served as the President of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville from September 2010 to June 2015.

Rebecca A. Weis, Esq., SHRM-SCP attended the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. Rebecca A. then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Louisville, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. In addition, Rebecca has obtained certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, the Leadership Louisville Class of 2020, and the Ignite Louisville Class of 2013 from the Leadership Louisville Center.
