Sean Godfrey, MAEd, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in various healthcare settings. Sean is currently serving as the President of Region 15 at Texas School Nurses Organization. Prior to this, Sean worked as a School Nurse at San Angelo ISD. Sean also gained experience as a Pediatric Nurse at Shannon Medical Center and as an ICU Nurse Intern at San Angelo Community Medical Center. Sean has also worked as a Microbiology/Pathphysiology Supplemental Instructor at Angelo State University. Sean started their career as a Mental Health Technician at River Crest Hospital. Additionally, they have an extensive military background, having served in the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel with roles including Commander, Organizational Leader, Director of education and training operations, and Training instructor and evaluator. Sean also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal.

Sean Godfrey, MAEd, BSN, RN, has a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Angelo State University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Sean also holds a Master of Arts in Education from Trident University International, completed from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Auburn University at Montgomery, from 1993 to 1996. Sean Godfrey also has various certifications including Certified Vision, Hearing & Spinal Screener from the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Registered Nurse (RN) certification from the Texas Board of Nursing.
