John Levinski

John Levinski is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial West at Texas Security Bank since January 2021, John has held various significant positions, including SVP Commercial Lending at United Texas Bank and roles at JPL Commercial Real Estate Group and Vanguard Real Estate Advisors. Known for expertise in sourcing retail, office, and land properties, John has successfully completed numerous high-value transactions, with deal sizes averaging from $5 to $25 million. Previous experience also includes a long tenure as EVP of Acquisitions/Dispositions at Centcom Realty Corporation, where John excelled in identifying and negotiating off-market real estate investments throughout the Southwest. John holds an MBA in International Business and Management/Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.
