Libby Smith

Libby Smith is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mortgage lending. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Texas Security Bank since August 2008, Libby has held multiple positions within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President/Mortgage Lending Manager. Prior to this role, Libby was the President and Owner of Premium Home Financing from August 1993 to August 2008. Libby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration between 1980 and 1984.
