Becky Walker

Becky Walker has extensive work experience in various government and public service roles. Becky most recently worked as the Government Relations Director at the Texas Society of Architects starting in November 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Legislative and Communications Director for the Texas Senate from October 2012 to November 2018. Becky also held the position of Chief of Staff for Commissioner Garcia at the Railroad Commission of Texas from April 2012 to September 2012. Becky began their career in 2004 as a Conservatorship Caseworker at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and has since held positions such as Special Assistant to Commissioner Garcia at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Executive Assistant at the Office of the Texas Secretary of State.

Becky Walker attended Texas Lutheran University from 1999 to 2003 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
