Jodi Ann LaFreniere Ray, CAE, CCE, IOM has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within various chambers of commerce and professional organizations. Jodi Ann served as the President & CEO of the Texas Society of CPAs, overseeing a membership of over 28,000 members and promoting the integrity and professionalism of Texas CPAs. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Membership and Volunteer Experience at Meeting Professionals International, where they facilitated networking opportunities and education for approximately 17,000 members worldwide. Jodi also served as the President & CEO of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce, leading these organizations in representing businesses and advocating for economic development. Jodi Ann gained experience in the technology and bioscience industries as President of the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce. Jodi's leadership skills and expertise in branding, strategic communications, and membership development have contributed to their success in these roles.
Jodi Ann LaFreniere Ray, CAE, CCE, IOM attended Fairfield University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a BA degree in Psychology. Jodi Ann has also obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives in 2018, Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives in 2007, and Institute for Organization Management (IOM) from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 1998. Jodi Ann has also completed Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training from the Event Leadership Institute and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn, both in 2021.
