Jaren Brown

Jaren Brown currently serves as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Texas Southern University, starting in January 2024. With extensive experience in baseball, Jaren has been a Scout and Coach for USA Baseball since March 2018, conducting tryouts and assessing talent in the southern and southwestern regions, while also coaching at the USA Baseball NTIS Championship Cup. As the Owner and Director of UpTop Prospects since April 2017, Jaren develops young athletes aged 8-18, focusing on character and player development. Previous roles include National and Texas Director at Wow Factor Nation from January 2022 to November 2022, and Co-Founder of Vendetta Baseball from January 2014 to January 2022. Jaren's early career included positions as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual and a Membership Consultant at 24 Hour Fitness. Jaren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Texas Southern University and an Associate of Arts degree from Galveston College.
