Kelly Morris

Kelly Morris serves as a Grant Project Manager at Texas Southern University, managing HRSA grants since June 2021. Additionally, Kelly has held the positions of Supervisor Public Health Nurse and SARS-CoV-2 Registered Nurse within the Division of Research and Innovation, contributing to the SARS-CoV-2 Just Project. Kelly is also a Clinical Instructor at Walden University since August 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Transplant/PCU Nurse at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Patient Care Technician/Cath Lab EKG Specialist at Methodist Health System. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the same institution, expected to graduate in May 2025.
