Kimberly Evans

Kimberly Evans currently serves as the Acting Athletic Director at Texas Southern University, overseeing daily operations and strategic planning for all athletic programs since August 2019. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and was an Athletic Academic Advisor at Texas Southern University, focusing on academic counseling and NCAA eligibility for Division I football. With experience as a Campus Athletic Director and educator, Kimberly has developed comprehensive programming for student-athletes and has a strong foundation in physical education. Kimberly is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration at Texas Southern University, building on a Master of Education in Athletic Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, both from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
