Onyedikachukwu Ojukwu

Onyedikachukwu Ojukwu is a Small Business Owner at OnyisKitchen LLC, specializing in authentic West African cuisine since January 2024, where responsibilities include menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and food preparation for a successful catering service. Additionally, Onyedikachukwu serves as the Founding President of the Tigers Data Science Club and is pursuing a Data Science internship at Texas Southern University, contributing to research involving EEG recordings from subjects with Alzheimer's disease and Frontotemporal Dementia.
