Stella E Garcia

Stella E Garcia, PhD currently serves as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Chief Of Staff at Texas Southmost College. Prior to this, Stella E held various leadership positions at organizations such as Alamo Area Council of Governments, Texas State Technical College, and Workforce Solutions. Dr. Garcia holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
