Keith Despain

Keith DeSpain is a seasoned IT and project management professional with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently retired, DeSpain served as the Director of Information Technology and Director of Project Management at the Texas State Office of Risk Management since August 2019. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where key accomplishments involved managing a large-scale Life Insurance conversion project and leading diverse teams using AGILE methodologies. DeSpain also held various project management positions at CSC from 1997 to 2018, demonstrating expertise in handling projects with significant budgets and deadlines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.
