Neil Cook

Neil Cook is a skilled creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design, illustration, and media production. Currently serving as a Creative Media Specialist at the Texas State Office of Risk Management since May 2014, and previously as an Information Specialist at the same office, Neil has developed a comprehensive portfolio that includes work in print and web content. Past roles include freelance artist with Austin Storyboards and various graphic design assignments for local clients through Vitamin T. Neil has contributed to marketing collateral for Vulcan Video and participated in significant projects such as the Windows 8 Launch as a graphic artist. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Texas State University, Neil has a robust background in visual concept development, art direction, and storyboarding for both film and video games.
