Patrick Flores, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Brownsville. In 2013, they held the position of Teller at Wells Fargo. Additionally, they served as the District I President Student Program at the Texas State Teachers Association from 2013 onwards. Most recently, they joined Compass Connections in 2022 as a Counselor Supervisor, where their role includes conducting intake interviews, assessing residents, conducting audits, and reviewing diagnostic assessments and progress reports.

Patrick Flores, LPC, holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Patrick pursued this degree from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Brownsville, completing their studies from 2007 to 2014.
