James Webb

James Webb serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Controller at The Texas State University System since May 2017. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Accounting at Texas State University from August 2009 to April 2017 and was the Associate Comptroller at Louisiana Tech University from December 1999 to August 2009. James began their career as an Auditor (In-charge) at Allen, Green & Company, CPAs from June 1996 to December 1999. James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting, both from Louisiana Tech University, where studies were completed between 1990 and 1999.
