Shortly after, they joined the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer, serving from 2004 to 2012. Following their military service, they transitioned to Texas State University, where they held various roles including Senior User Services Consultant, Director of Client Services, Assistant Vice President, and most recently an Associate Vice President at the IT Assistance Center. Benjamin's expertise lies in IT and client services, and they have demonstrated career progression and leadership throughout their professional journey.
