Eric Algoe

Eric Algoe is the Vice President of Finance and Support Services at Texas State University. Eric has over 25 years of experience in higher education administration, finance, and operations. Eric began their career in higher education as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Ohio School for the Deaf and the Ohio State School for the Blind. Eric then served as the Vice President for Finance at Ohio Wesleyan University before moving to Florida State University in 2012, where they served as Associate Vice President for Administration. In 2015, Eric accepted their current position at Texas State University.

Eric Algoe attended the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University, where they earned their Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation. Eric then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sociology from The Ohio State University. In addition to their formal education, Eric Algoe is also certified by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium as a Certified Public Manager (CPM).
