Mark Adams

Mark Adams serves as a CRM Project Manager at Texas State University since November 2022 and has been self-employed as a retired CIO evaluating new opportunities to aid others since September 2021. Prior to this, Mark held the position of CIO and Vice President for Information Technology at Sam Houston State University from August 1998 to August 2021, overseeing IT operations for a large, geographically dispersed organization, including a medical school, and leading a team of over 100 members as part of the executive leadership team. Mark also served as Deputy CIO and Associate Director of IT, responsible for the infrastructure team. Mark holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Science from Sam Houston State University.
