Samuel Garcia Jr.

Samuel Garcia Jr., Ph.D., has extensive experience in educational roles related to STEM at Texas State University, serving as a NASA STEM EPDC Education Specialist at notable institutions including Kennedy Space Center and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Prior to this, Samuel held positions as a Geography Teacher at Mercedes High School and Pharr San Juan Alamo High School. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Texas State University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas-Pan American, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution, Samuel combines a strong academic background with practical teaching experience. Additionally, Samuel contributed as an Editorial Fellow at the Center for the Study of the Southwest and worked as a Doctoral Research Assistant.
