Shelly Cantu

Shelly Cantu has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Shelly began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Boudros on the Riverwalk in 1993 and stayed there until 2006. Shelly then worked as a Sales Executive at Black Tie Affairs Catering from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Shelly worked as a Catering Director at Paesanos Restaurant Group.
