Jose Moreno

Jose Moreno is a Project Engineer at Texas Sterling Construction Co. with prior experience at Webber and as an Infantry Machine Gunner in the United States Marine Corps. Additionally, Jose served as a Kids Fit Instructor at the YMCA. Jose attended Homer Hanna High School.
