Pablo Cobos

Pablo Cobos, EIT, is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Texas Sterling Construction Co. since August 2025, Pablo has previously held positions including Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Primoris Services Corporation from June 2022 to August 2025, as well as Project Engineer at Ragle Inc from February 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles include Project Engineer/Estimator at SICE, INC. (USA) and Staff Engineer at CONSOR Engineers (AIA Engineers). Pablo began a career in engineering as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Transportation Infrastructure Systems from August 2014 to September 2017. Educated at The University of Texas at El Paso, Pablo earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2017.
