The Compliance and Safety team at Texas Sterling Construction Co. ensures adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards across all project sites. Comprising a Regional Safety Manager, HSE Coordinator, and DOT Compliance Specialist, the team is responsible for developing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. Their primary goal is to minimize risks, enhance worker safety, and maintain regulatory compliance in all aspects of the company's operations.
