Chelle Hillis

Chelle Hillis is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in higher education finance. Currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Texas Tech University System since September 2014, Chelle has previously held the role of Assistant Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Chelle was the Assistant Managing Director in the Office of Research Accounting at Texas Tech University from November 2010 to August 2014 and worked as an Internal Auditor in the Office of Internal Audit at Texas Tech University System for a brief period in 2010. Chelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
