Ama Martinez

Ama Martinez is a creative professional with a robust background in graphic design and brand development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Design, Visual Identity & Brand at Texas Tech University since April 2024, Ama has previously held positions ranging from Senior Designer at Speedsquare to Graphic Designer/Front End Web Developer at The Owen Group Advertising. Experience also includes roles as a Graphic Designer and Administrative Assistant at First United Methodist Church of Lubbock, Media Coordinator at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, and an internship at the Wesley Foundation at Texas Tech.
