Chris Burns

Chris Burns is currently serving as the Manager of Occupational Safety at Texas Tech University since September 2020. Prior to this role, Chris held positions such as Preparedness Manager and Preparedness Supervisor at Alaska Chadux Corporation from October 2003 to August 2020. Chris also has experience working as a Safety and Compliance Manager at Environmental Management Inc from 2000 to 2003. Having completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2017, and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco in 2000, Chris has a strong educational background to support their professional experience.
