Kathy Healy-Collier

Kathy Healy-Collier serves as the President and Chief Executive of Anderson at Mercy Health since 2023, while also contributing as a Professor, Instructor, and Facilitator at Texas Tech University since 2020. Previously, Kathy held the role of Market President and CEO of Acadiana at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center from 2021 to 2023, overseeing several hospitals and integrated physician practices. Additional experience includes positions as Chief Operating Officer at HSHS St. John's Hospital and St. John's Children’s Hospital, Chief Operating Officer at Brookwood Baptist Health, and Vice President of Operations at Regional One Health, where Kathy led operations for a 630-bed hospital. Early career experience features a significant tenure as Administrative/Executive Director at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Kathy holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Memphis, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare from Saint Louis University and ongoing education at Harvard University.
