Lonnie Hendry

Lonnie Hendry, CRE, currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Trepp, Inc., where leadership encompasses product management teams and the development of CMBS, CRE, and CLO solutions. With a strong background in product strategy, Hendry has been pivotal in creating market-driven roadmaps and fostering innovation through cross-team collaboration. In addition to a thriving professional role, Hendry is an instructor in finance at Texas Tech University and an adjunct professor at Tarrant County College, focusing on real estate appraisal and investment courses. As President of Team Hendry Realty, LLC, expertise extends to brokering transactions and offering comprehensive real estate services. Previous positions include Deputy Chief Appraiser at Travis Central Appraisal District, where oversight of appraisal methods and community outreach was essential.
