Kimberly Hinton is an experienced Escrow Officer currently working at Infinite Title since July 2022. Previously, Kimberly served as an Escrow Officer at Texas Title from January 2020 and at Patten Title Company from March 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included preparing Closing Disclosures, HUDs, ALTA, and Commercial Closing Statements, as well as resolving title vesting issues and clearing liens and judgments per Underwriter and TDI guidelines. Kimberly began the career as a File Processor at Big State Home Buyers, LLC from January 2013 to February 2014, assisting with the submission of real estate contracts and facilitating the title clearing process.

Texas Title was formed in 2013, but was years in the making. Our owners identified the need for a title company that focused on the core values that made their Law Firm, Karlseng, LeBlanc & Rich, LLC, successful. Texas Title is positioned to compete with the larger agency operations, yet maintain its grassroots values of customer service, competitive turn times and fee attorney recognition. These values have been translated to our staff. By adding our national footprint, through an affiliate company, we can provide our clients and our fee attorney network with access to multi-state transactions allowing for a broader customer base. By providing an all-in-one closing platform, our customers can focus on growing their business without worrying about customer service and corporate operations soliciting their clients. Licensed in 44 counties in Texas, we provide a large footprint for our customers. Examination and production of title commitments is centralized through our Frisco, Texas office. In addition, due to our years in the business (through our fee operations Karlseng, LeBlanc & Rich), we have forged partnerships with out of county title companies to help in providing timely title production. Texas continues to be a challenge for most of the national closing companies not licensed in Texas. We consider it our sweet spot for service and expertise. We have the solutions for large metropolitan areas as well as small rural counties. By cutting our teeth in Texas, we offer a unique opportunity to our clients.
