William Kelsey

William Kelsey has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting as VP Branch Operations at OmniAmerican Federal Credit Union from February 1989 to December 1998. William then moved on to EECU, where William held the position of VP Lending & Collections from January 1999 to May 2005. Currently, William is the President at Texas Trust Credit Union, a position William has held since August 2005. Throughout their career, William has also held the titles of Executive Vice President / Chief Retail Officer and Executive Vice President / Chief Operations Officer at Texas Trust Credit Union. William obtained a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business.
