Negar Nikouei

Negar Nikouei is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design, real estate, and project review. Currently serving as an Associate at Walter P Moore since January 2022, Negar also holds the position of Real Estate Agent at Texas United Realty since December 2016. Previous roles include Plan Reviewer at the Harris County Department of Architecture and Engineering from 2015 to December 2021 and Architectural Designer at Powers Brown Architecture from 2013 to 2015. Negar began a career in marketing and advertising at Everest Motors Inc from 2009 to 2011, where efforts led to a revitalized corporate identity and increased brand visibility. Negar earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston's College of Architecture between 2008 and 2013, with additional education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
