William’s worked for Western International since 1980. Armed with a degree in finance, he has primarily overseen the financial side of their developments over the years. Duties include accounting, budgeting (including cost and revenue), construction draws, contractor coordination, site evaluation and feasibility studies. And scores of lenders and equity partners know him on a first-name basis.
