Eddie Ramirez- Aic

Eddie Ramirez is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and training. Currently serving as Claims Manager-Catastrophe at Texas Windstorm Insurance Association since June 2018, Eddie previously spent nearly two decades at State Farm®, where roles included Classroom Claims Trainer and Catastrophe Claims Specialist. Eddie's background includes investigative work with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and military service as a U.S. Air Force Security Forces SSGT. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from The University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as an A.A.S. in Security Administration from the Community College of the Air Force.
