Scott Turner currently serves as the Head of Cloud Operations at Texecom Ltd. since April 2024. Prior to this, Scott held several key positions at Barclays from January 2006 to April 2024, including Head of Service Operations Delivery Management for Next Gen Consumer Banking, where Scott led a significant cultural and organizational transformation initiative focused on a DevOps Operating Model. Scott also acted as the Head of Service Operations Delivery within the Ventures CIO role, building cloud-centric technology platforms, and was responsible for mobile banking operations, significantly growing user engagement across various mobile applications. Scott's extensive experience includes managing over 40 products and systems, leading a team of approximately 100 staff, and collaborating with multiple systems integrators across global locations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester.
