Marjorie Michon

Marjorie Michon is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Responsable RH at Texen since September 2020. In this role, responsibilities include ADP, internal communication, training management, labor law, recruitment, and oversight of group SIRH and employee representative bodies. Prior to this position, Marjorie worked as an Apprentie Gestionnaire RH, where duties mirrored those at Texen. Marjorie began their career at Adecco as a Préparatrice de commande, working on temporary contracts to finance studies. Marjorie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH, expected in December 2023, and a Bac +3 in Human Resources Management from Institut Carrel, along with a Law License focused on labor law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
