Texicare is a newly created health affiliate of Texas Mutual designed to serve businesses and their employees with innovative, new healthcare solutions. Texicare aims to provide quality healthcare coverage for small business employees that is more affordable, with predictable costs and less burdensome processes.

The first product will be launched in 2024, subject to regulatory approval, and will target Texas business employers – initially small businesses with 10-50 employees, some of whom are unable to provide healthcare benefits to their employees today.  

When employers can offer healthcare coverage to their employees, they feel more optimistic that they can attract and retain employees while keeping them healthy, happy, and engaged.  In response, employees feel more confident that they can be good providers for their families and less stressed about how health issues may impact them.
