Sridhar Babu

Sridhar Babu currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence at Texmo Industries, focusing on transforming business operations through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sridhar held positions at LM Wind Power as Regional Lean Leader for Asia and India from February 2019 to May 2024. Sridhar's experience at 3M included roles as a Six Sigma Black Belt, where leadership development and enhancing operational performance were priorities, and as a Lean Leader specializing in manufacturing and supply chain from April 2006 to January 2019. Additionally, Sridhar worked as Technical Assistant at Kennametal from March 1999 to March 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University.
