Pablo Trinidad began their work experience in 2001 as a Web Developer at The University of Texas at Dallas. Pablo then moved on to work as a Global Web Developer and Digital Marketing Director at Texas Instruments from 2011 to 2013. In 2011, they also founded their own company, Picassos Web LLC, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2014, Pablo became the Chief Technology Officer at SeroMatch Inc., a role they held until 2016. Pablo then joined Galileo Business Consulting as the Chief Executive Officer, where they focused on merging business process design with integrated technology. Currently, Pablo is the President of Texod Energy, where they aim to enable financial growth for business partners in the Oil and Gas Industry. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Faculty at DCCCD since 2003, teaching various subjects related to multimedia, web development, and digital marketing.

Pablo Trinidad's education history starts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Pablo then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Arts and Technology at the same institution from 2001 to 2003. Pablo furthered their education by obtaining an MBA Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the Emerging Leaders CE MBA program, where they attended from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, they successfully earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Interactive Arts and Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing their studies from 2005 to 2017.
