Emergency Management Team

The Emergency Management Team at the Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is responsible for coordinating and implementing strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters across Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson Counties. Comprised of emergency management coordinators from key cities, the team collaborates with local jurisdictions, public safety agencies, and community partners to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to regional emergency management, enhancing the safety and resilience of the Texoma communities.
