Shanta Tripuraneni

Shanta Tripuraneni has held various positions in the tech industry since 2000. In that year, they began as a Programmer Analyst at the Connecticut Department of Transportation, where they were the technical lead for the implementation of the Construction and Materials Management system. Shanta also developed interfaces with Materials Labs and Construction Division. In 2003, they moved to Infotech Inc. as a Senior Systems Analyst. Finally, in 2004, they founded and became the President of Texplorers Inc., a startup providing professional services in Talent Augmentation, Application Development, Data Science/Machine Learning and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, and Cloud Migrations.

Shanta Tripuraneni obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Osmania University between 1996 and 2000. Shanta then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of New Haven between 2000 and 2002. Shanta also holds certifications from Amazon Web Services and the Project Management Institute as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and a Project Management Professional, respectively.
