Jagannath Raichurkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing and production industry. Jagannath currently holds the role of IE Head at Texport Industries Pvt. Ltd. starting from 2021.
Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager at Weave Ghana Limited from August 2014 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring quality assurance, cost reduction programs, meeting production targets, training and developing subordinates, and leading group meetings.
Jagannath also worked as a Factory Manager at M/s Bhartiya International Pvt Ltd from April 2014 to July 2014, where they handled day-to-day operations, implemented production plans, achieved production targets, and ensured consistent quality standards.
Before that, Jagannath worked as an Assistant Factory Manager/Kaizen Promotion Officer at Gokaldas Exports from April 2009 to March 2014. In this role, they implemented production plans, followed up on patterns and fabrics, monitored cutting and finishing production, recruited manpower, and trained employees on continuous improvement techniques.
Jagannath started their career as a Process Leader at M/s CIG-FIL PVT Ltd from September 2006 to March 2009, where they coordinated between departments, verified tech-packs, conducted shrinkage tests, and guided the production, IE, and quality teams.
Jagannath also served as an Industrial Engineer at M/s Gokaldas Images from December 2002 to July 2006 and as a Production Supervisor at M/s Usha Hydraullics from January 1999 to August 2002.
Jagannath Raichurkar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering from GND College of Engg, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In April 2009, they earned a certification in Lean Production System. Later, in November 2011, they completed the 'Train The Trainer' certification program at Wazir Advisors. Most recently, in December 2014, they obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology.
