Prior to this role, Shaila worked as a Senior Merchant at Texport Garments in Mumbai from June 1994 to January 2001 and held the position of SM at Walmart India from January 2001 to March 2003. Shaila holds an MBA in Marketing from Mangalore University and completed schooling at St. Annes School in Virajpet, Coorg.
