Chanelle M.

Chanelle M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of administration and management. Chanelle began their career as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Albion College, where they managed three residence halls and a staff of nine. Chanelle'sresponsibilities included serving as a Judicial Hearing Officer and managing an operational budget. Chanelle also played a significant role in coordinating and planning RA training.

Following their time at Albion College, Chanelle worked as an Area Coordinator at Columbus State University, overseeing the daily operations of a 70-unit apartment complex. Chanelle supervised and trained a staff of seven, managed an operational budget, and planned various resident activities.

Chanelle then moved on to North Carolina Wesleyan College, where they served as a Resident Director. In this role, they administered and supervised a traditional residence hall, developed department goals, and implemented programs for residents. Chanelle also advised the Campus Activities Board and assisted with campus-wide programming.

At Salem Academy, Chanelle held the position of Director of Residential Life. Chanelle'sresponsibilities included administering and supervising the housing department, overseeing the disciplinary system, and providing a pleasant living environment for students. Chanelle directly supervised a professional staff of seven and collaborated with the Assistant Head of School and housing staff.

Chanelle then transitioned to the role of General Manager at American Campus Communities. Chanelle was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing the staff. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant General Manager at the same company.

Most recently, Chanelle has been working as the Office Manager at Text-Em-All since 2015.

Chanelle M. pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Paralegal Studies at Hilbert College, which they completed in 1998.
