Kaitlyn Orred

Kaitlyn Orred has a diverse work experience. Kaitlyn is currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Text-Em-All, where they focus on driving business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Prior to this, they worked at The Wrap Institute as part of the Marketing and Communications team from August 2019 to October 2021.

Before that, Kaitlyn held various roles at The Baylor Lariat, including Digital Managing Editor, Social Media Editor, Design Editor, and Arts and Life Editor, between May 2016 and May 2019. Kaitlyn also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at HarvestPort and as a Public Relations Intern at CARITAS OF WACO in 2018.

Additionally, Kaitlyn served as a Baylor Orientation and Baylor Line Camp Leader at Baylor University in the summer of 2017. Kaitlyn also has experience from their time as an Office Management Intern, Teacher's Aide, and Substitute Ballet Teacher at Metamorphosis Dance Academy from August 2014 to May 2016, and as a Ballet Soloist and Senior Company Member at Austin Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble during the same period.

Kaitlyn Orred completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Spanish from Baylor University. Kaitlyn attended the university from 2016 to 2019.
