Ron Kinkade

Ron Kinkade is the current Head of Marketing at Text-Em-All. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product & Marketing at Voxox from September 2014 to August 2016. There, they lead the Product and Marketing teams in the delivery and execution of strategic plans to reach profitability for globally distributed unified communications products. Ron also optimized marketing campaigns for a suite of SaaS products spanning B2C, B2B, Enterprise and Wholesale products. Before Voxox, Ron was with j2 Global from November 2007 to September 2014 as their Sr. Marketing Manager. At j2 Global, they developed and executed marketing strategy for multiple lines of business with over $400 million in revenue in the SaaS space. While there, they achieved consistent YoY revenue, customer, and profitability growth. Some of their focus was on increased monetization of customers and exceeding acquisition goals. Ron also managed creative resources to deliver media for campaigns in tv, radio, print, email, video, and digital. Ron has established strong relationships with Product, Engineering, QA, Creative, Sales, Support, Client Relations, Finance, QA and Executive teams to deliver on important company initiatives. Additionally, they have driven and managed new marketing technologies in the areas of CMS, Analytics, A/B Testing, Surveys, Mobile Apps, Responsive Design, and Tag Management. Ron has maintained deep relationships with vendors and agencies while leveraging an eight-figure budget. Lastly, they have managed a team focused on revenue & retention optimization.

Ron Kinkade has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Illinois State University and an Information Technology degree from University of Phoenix.

They are on a team with Jay Tollerene - Head of Operations, Jeff Ogata - Head of Engineering, and Hai Nguyen - Head of Product & Founder. Ron Kinkade reports to Brad Herrmann, President & Founder.
