Nancy Gallegos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various sectors, including technology, education, and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Inunity since January 2023, Nancy has led initiatives for improving customer communication workflows and relationships at Textline since January 2020, where roles included Head of Customer Success, Product Manager, and Customer Success Manager.
