Andi Casad

Andi Casad began their work experience in 2015 as a Server at La Sen Vietnamese Grill, where they introduced and familiarized customers with Vietnamese food and provided friendly and prompt service. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Oregon State University. In 2019, they became a Legal Assistant at Kara Daley, where they compiled, proofread, and revised legal documents and reports. They also created a filing system and responded to case-related inquiries. In 2019, Andi worked as a Student Success Peer Facilitator at the ASIAN PACIFIC ISLANDER CULTURAL CENTER, assisting in daily operations and supporting the needs of the community. In 2020, Andi had an administrative internship at Rede Group, where they checked facts, compiled information, and supported Project Coordinators and Principals on various tasks. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Paralegal at Epiq, coordinating with clients and third parties, verifying data, processing court-order documents, and drafting claimant-facing communication. Currently, Andi is a Privacy and Compliance Project Support Specialist at TextNow, starting in March 2022.

Andi Casad completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Health Policy from Oregon State University, from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Andi obtained certifications in Privacy Fundamentals Specialization from Infosec in December 2022 and became trained in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act by Oregon State University in October 2017.
